Anxiety Management
Anxiety can feel overwhelming and exhausting, especially when it begins to interfere with your daily life or sense of peace. In our work together, I offer a supportive space to explore what your anxiety looks like and where it may be coming from. We’ll focus on building tools to help you feel more grounded, calm, and in control, while also developing a deeper understanding of yourself. My goal is to help you feel supported as you learn to navigate anxiety with greater confidence and self-compassion.
Trauma Processing and Recovery
Experiencing trauma can affect the way you feel about yourself, your relationships, and the world around you. I approach trauma work with care, patience, and respect for your individual experiences. Therapy is guided by your comfort level, allowing us to move at a pace that feels safe and manageable. Together, we’ll work toward healing, rebuilding trust, and creating a stronger sense of stability and resilience in your life.
Perinatal Mental Health
Pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition into parenthood can bring a wide range of emotions—many of which are unexpected or difficult to name. I provide a nonjudgmental space to talk openly about the challenges, changes, and uncertainties that can arise during this time. Whether you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply adjusting to a new role, therapy offers support, understanding, and guidance as you navigate this meaningful life transition.
Emerging Adulthood
Emerging adulthood is a time of growth, exploration, and uncertainty. Many people find themselves questioning their identity, relationships, career path, or sense of direction during this stage of life. I work with individuals who are seeking clarity, confidence, and support as they navigate these transitions. Therapy can be a place to reflect, gain insight, and develop a stronger sense of self as you move forward.
